What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Notably Good App for iOS

The Notably Good App for iOS is designed with your privacy in mind. It does not transmit personal data outside the iOS data sandbox that exists on your Apple iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch . Any data generated by the user is stored locally on your iOS device. Such data may also be included in backups stored on Apple’s iCloud service or on any computer where you have stored an iTunes backed up your iOS device. Woodley Group does not collect or store any user-generated data from the Notably Good App and, since we don’t have it, we can’t share any such data with third parties.

It’s important to understand that this also means we can’t recover your data if you delete the App off of your iOS device.  Before you delete any App, you will see a message warning you that you will delete any data associated with the App, and this includes Notably Good data when the Notably Good App is deleted.

If you lose your phone and your data is backed up in iCloud or on a computer with iTunes that you have synced with in the past, you may be able to recover Notably Good data up to the last date and time such data was backed up.  If there is no backup, and you delete the Notably Good app, the data will be lost.

You should consult with Apple if you have any questions about how data is stored on iOS devices. The security of such data, or questions about how to recover data or avoid deleting it inadvertently.
